Biografica's has a strong publishing heritage. It was created by David Longfield, the owner and director of Longueville Media, a Sydney Australia-based publishing company founded in 2002. Longueville Media continues to operate.
Prior to starting Longueville Media, David worked at Oxford University Press, the Law Book Company (now ThomsonReuters), and Text Media publishing magazines. He has a Degree in English Literature.
