Our designers have been hard at work creating a range of beautiful page designs for Biografica life stories. So, when you’ve finished writing your story, you will receive it as a digital download; however, you can also choose to have your story designed and printed as a beautiful full-colour hardback book.
The cost for a custom-designed book is $99 and additional copies of your story can be ordered for $60 each (plus postage if outside Australia).
When we design your book, the words you write in response to the questions appear exactly as you write them. If you wish to have your writing refined and edited, you can purchase our professional editing services.
When your book is printed, the question is reproduced at the top of each page, followed by your response. This means everything appears in your book in the same order in which you have responded online.

We understand circumstances change, so please contact us. We protect subscriber's content, so we would need you to identify yourself as an authorized contact for the subscriber. We can then cancel the subscription and, if authorized, provide you with any of the content the subscriber entered.

Yes. Photos are an important part of a life story. You can upload them to your story in a variety of formats, including, jpg, gif, tiff, png, as well as PDF files.
What if you only have prints of your photographs?
This will add a step to the process but it can be solved, so don't worry. Did you know that you can create digital copies of prints using your smartphone or scanner? Your local printing service such as Snap Printing, Kwikkopy, or even shops such as K-Mart photo printing usually offer scanning services.

Yes. We use the best possible security so that only you can access your writing. This comprises a combination of physical and code-based security:
- We use the same 2048-bit data encryption as used by banks for all data to and from our server.
- We protect your login by limiting the number of devices that can be used, meaning if an unknown computer is detected trying to log in, they will be refused entry.
- Our security protocol only allows access to the website server once per month for us to make any updates. Apart from that one brief random period per month, it is not possible for anyone to access our files.
- We use a website protection service called Wordfence. For the technical readers: "Wordfence includes an endpoint firewall and malware scanner that was built from the ground up to protect WordPress. Our Threat Defense Feed arms Wordfence with the newest firewall rules, malware signatures and malicious IP addresses it needs to keep your website safe. Rounded out by a suite of additional features, Wordfence is the most comprehensive security option available."
- If an attack is detected, then the website is locked down.
- The only uploads we allow from subscribers to the site for images are jpg, gif, tiff, pdf, and png files, to reduce the chance of malware being uploaded.
We monitor and regularly update our security to protect your data.
